Canadian Personal Banking Technology teams are responsible for delivering safe, secure, and innovative solutions in support of our customers and colleagues across all channels with a specific focus on Canadian Personal Banking, through our Servicing and Customer Engagement Platforms, Core, and Credit Platforms, as well as Customer and Colleague Assistance (e.g., Next Generation Contact Center (NGCC), ATM). Drive complex SIT and E2E testing through hands-on test design, development, and execution, while building and enhancing automation frameworks to accelerate delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.
