POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure consistent quality of production by supporting activities with the Business Management System (BMS). Ensure implementation of customer contractual requirements through timely contract review and configuration management processes. Quickly and effectively act when potential non-conformances are found by supporting material review board huddles and facilitating corrective action process. Lead continuous improvement activities. Gather data and perform analysis to review for product defect trends and/or process metrics. Maintain up to date with new and emerging technologies and methods that relate to Quality Assurance.
