Join the Urology Complaint Investigation Site (CIS) team as a Quality Engineer II, where we are committed to transforming customer experiences into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes across the globe. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, investigating, and escalating product performance signals related to our products within the Urology division. This is an exciting opportunity within the Post Market Organization to collaborate with Design Assurance, R&D, Supplier Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product performance and drive continuous improvement. This position is based in Marlborough, MA. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
