Join the MedSurg Complaint Investigation Site (CIS) department responsible for monitoring, identifying, investigating and escalating product performance signals for the Endoscopy and Urology & Pelvic Health divisions. This is an exciting opportunity within the Post Market organization, where we are committed to transforming customer experiences into actionable insights that improve the lives of patients around the world. In this role, you will collaborate across divisions and functions with Design Assurance, Research and Development (R&D), Supplier Engineering and Manufacturing teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of product performance and drive improvements that enhance patient outcomes. This position is located in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a relevant engineering, quality or scientific role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ownership for product families within the Urology & Pelvic Health division by partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product investigations and reduce complaint rates.
  • Collaborate with divisional partners to streamline complaint handling processes and improve product performance.
  • Provide technical guidance to identify and resolve quality issues using engineering fundamentals and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Develop investigative test methods to determine the root cause of product complaints.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement streamlined, robust Complaint Investigation Site (CIS) processes while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across local and global Post Market organizations.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace where all employees can contribute to their full potential in support of organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures.
