About The Position

As a Quality Engineer I, you will be assigned to New Product Introduction responsibilities to ensure quality standards are in place. Responsibilities may include developing, modifying, applying, and maintaining quality standards and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are met, and devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. This role involves designing or specifying inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment, conducting quality assurance tests, and performing statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. You will also ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. This role may specialize in areas such as design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • 0 years relevant experience
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level)

Responsibilities
