Responsibilities
- Coordinates all incoming customer concerns and forwards issues to appropriate quality staff.
- Ensures accuracy of reporting and timeliness of documentation in accordance with quality systems procedures.
- Maintain and update Operation Manuals & monthly performance metric charts (QOS)
- Handle confidential information on a regular basis
- Participate in Continual Improvement activities
- File and maintain documents from customers and suppliers
- Maintain and update internal monthly and weekly Quality charts and presentations
- Maintain and update COSMA/MAGNA monthly Quality charts and presentations
- Maintain and distribute scrap reports
- Generate trend charts and other analytical presentations
- Analyze data for discrepancies and effectiveness
- Create and analyze special cause data for trends and possible solutions
- Create and analyze quality data for predictive measures
- Create inspection instructions by photographing the inspection process, parts, and fixture and implementing the photos into the instruction text.
- Access daily and monitor customer web sites for quality concerns, bulletins, and updated documents
- Preparation and maintenance of process inspection instructions, reports and quality alerts
