About The Position

Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a Quality Coordinator (RN) to join their team in Yorktown, PA. This full-time position focuses on supporting the hospital's Quality Program, ensuring exceptional and compassionate care for patients with a variety of complex conditions including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.
• Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).
• Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Quality Management with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program.
• Collects and presents data for quality, environment, infection control, quality control, and risk management.
• Assists as directed in quality meetings and teams and helps prepare agenda items for required meetings.
• Assists with implementation of hospital quality plan, survey readiness, and root cause analysis.
