About The Position

The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance in the planning and execution of the Performance Improvement Program for the hospital. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for data collection and analysis, which drive the Performance Improvement Program.

Requirements

• Graduate from an LPN or RN program/ or other health care license/degree; or MSN
• 3 years in an acute care facility
• Possesses problem solving skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job
• Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Director of Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance in the planning and execution of the Performance Improvement Program for the hospital.
• Data collection and analysis to drive the Performance Improvement Program.
