Responsibilities

Develop and maintain quality system procedures to achieve the company stated objectives in conjunction with and as directed by the Quality Manager
To conduct all necessary communications with internal and external parties to determine and document as applicable the requirements of the work being performed
To develop and maintain customer and industry specification controls and procedures needed to perform to customer purchase order requirements
To provide training as directed for the NDT methods, processing procedures, quality system procedures, quality planning and corrective/preventative actions
Perform the necessary examination and qualification of personnel certification programs as in the Quality Manual
Assist in the nonconformance reporting, investigation and resolution in conjunction with the Quality Manager and Department Managers
Assist and maintain quality planning systems that provide the proper specification and procedural information required to flow down job specific requirements
Assist and monitor the effectiveness of preventative maintenance and equipment calibration programs as defined in the Quality Manual
Perform the internal audits as defined by the Quality Manual
Attend quality department meetings as required
