The Quality Coordinator is responsible for conducting timely and accurate quality audits to support quality integrity across the site. This role assists in executing customer quality requirements and identifies internal issues for resolution before shipping. The Quality Coordinator participates in trial tests, supports related documentation, and focuses on improved quality levels by helping implement process improvements and reinforcing Team Member work efficiencies. This position provides on-the-floor coaching and refresher training to Team Members on quality routines, as directed by the Quality Control Manager. The Quality Coordinator performs quality routines as outlined in the site process matrix and SOPs, and reports compliance gaps. They communicate and apply SHARP (Ship, Handle and Receive Properly) process updates to Team Members and help enforce them on the floor, supporting the Quality Control Manager in delivering SHARP yearly certification. This role helps ensure Team Members have access to the necessary tools to perform their assigned duties, and that tools (including the SHARP Process Manual) are routinely updated. The Quality Coordinator shares quality and Best Practice information with peers at other regional sites as directed, tracks performance variances against job standards, and escalates root cause findings and recommended corrective actions to the Quality Control Manager. They assist in the collection and reporting of performance measurements consistent with the customer and participate in the completion of Workshop Action Plans, projects, and best practice sharing/implementation. The Quality Coordinator performs all other duties as assigned or needed by Holman, ensuring reliable attendance at scheduled shifts and performing all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
