About The Position

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Controller – Telecom to ensure our products meet the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards consistently. In this role, you will inspect, test, and evaluate materials and finished products to identify defects or improvement opportunities. You will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role is vital for maintaining product reliability, customer satisfaction, and the company's reputation for excellence. Strong documentation, analytical abilities, and technical problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in quality management, engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Statistical Process Control – SPC).
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards such as ISO 9001.
Proficiency with inspection and testing equipment and software.
Strong analytical skills to assess product quality and identify deviations.
Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with production teams.
High attention to detail when performing inspections and maintaining accurate records.
Technical proficiency with inspection tools and quality management software.
Problem-solving abilities to support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Certification in quality control or quality assurance (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector).
Knowledge of advanced quality management software and data analysis tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
Document inspection findings in logs, reports, and quality records; communicate results to relevant departments.
Identify product defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions to production and engineering teams.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Participate in internal and external audits to support quality management system compliance.
Maintain calibration and maintenance records for testing and inspection equipment.
