The Quality Control Training Analyst reviews previous day’s admissions, registrations, insurance notification faxes, and identifies and corrects all demographic information. They also review required forms to ensure appropriate fields are checked, signed, timed, dated, and witnessed. The role involves recording errors by registrar and providing a report to the manager. The Specialist verifies all ‘unable to sign’ patients, attempts to obtain required signatures, documents these efforts in the account, and reports to the manager daily. Additionally, this role trains all new hires and/or existing staff, completes competencies for each area an employee was trained, and provides competency and feedback to the manager upon completion.
