The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to perform inspections and testing on electrical products while ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. This role supports EPD's commitment to delivering reliable, defect-free products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience using precision measurement and testing equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under production deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of quality control, inspection, or testing experience preferred.
  • Associate degree or certificate in Quality Control, Electrical Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in electrical manufacturing.
  • Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.
  • Perform electrical testing using multimeters, hi-pot equipment, and other testing tools.
  • Verify compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
  • Record inspection and testing results in the ERP system.
  • Report nonconformities and support corrective action efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Verify calibration and functionality of inspection equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
