About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support the Quality Department in daily issue tracking, defect part handling, and lab test assistance. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality and ensuring accurate data management across production processes. Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and report daily quality issue data across production lines
Maintain and update quality tracking systems and dashboards
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes for quality issues
Assist in cross-functional meetings and improvement workshops (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D)
Support the preparation of internal and customer-facing quality reports and presentations
Assist in documenting process changes and quality improvements
Participate in on-site inspections, audits, rework and data collection activities
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support real-time issue resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company quality standards
Provides service at Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System, LLC plant; coordinate all the activities needed for the implementation of containment
