About The Position

The Quality Control Technician 4 supports precision machining operations in a high-mix, short-run production environment serving the aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries. The role ensures machined components meet customer drawings, engineering specifications, and quality requirements. The technician independently validates new Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs; performs first article, in-process, new product, and final inspections; and verifies out-of-tolerance conditions using manual methods and specialized measurement equipment. As an experienced member of the Quality team, the technician applies advanced print-reading and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) skills, uses sound technical judgment, and proactively identifies quality concerns affecting production. The role collaborates with CNC Machine Operators, Machinists, Engineering, and Quality personnel to resolve issues and improve component quality. The position is onsite at the Tualatin headquarters and is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship. The schedule is a weekend night shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The position is full-time and benefits eligible, with an industry-leading hourly shift differential.
