Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within a food or beverage production environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect and verify raw materials, packaging components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and food safety specifications.
Monitor and document quality processes, including code date verification, scale calibration, metal detection checks, sanitation inspections, and traceability requirements.
Identify, isolate, and escalate non-conforming materials or products while partnering with Production and Quality leadership to resolve issues.
Support food safety and regulatory compliance activities, including HACCP, FSMA, environmental monitoring, corrective actions, and incident investigations.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product quality, food safety, and operational performance.
Train and support production team members on quality procedures, food safety requirements, and accurate documentation practices.
