This position regularly monitors and documents product quality as well as production processes ensuring that all food products are in compliance with company and customer specifications. OPC is family owned and headquartered in the beautiful Pacific Northwest of the United States. We currently own, or control through long-term leases, over 140,000 irrigated acres. Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

  • High School/GED Equivalent, preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders
  • Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
  • Identify, document and communicate quality issues
  • Perform product inspections
  • Perform CCP checks
  • Perform titration of process water
  • Perform enzyme verification
  • Complete daily documentation
  • Perform calibration of equipment
  • Data entry
  • Collect microbiological sample retention
  • Collect customer retention samples
  • Interpret specifications
  • Maintain organized and clean work area
  • Other duties assigned by QC Supervisor or Management
