Requirements

  • Strong understanding of concrete materials and testing procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in field and lab environments
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sampling and testing of concrete to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Document and report test results accurately and promptly
  • Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and recommending corrective actions
  • Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration is up to date
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to uphold quality standards
