About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support sterile processing operations, ensuring instrument cleanliness, accurate assembly, and quality compliance to uphold patient safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of sterile processing experience
• Knowledge of ANSI/AAMI standards and manufacturer IFUs
• Experience with autoclaves and washer disinfectors
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments
• Operate autoclaves, washer disinfectors, and other processing equipment
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, damage, and proper assembly
• Document and track sterilization cycles and inventory
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow infection control standards
• Collaborate with team to improve workflows and quality
