About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support sterile processing operations. This role ensures instrument cleanliness, proper assembly, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards to support patient safety.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sterile processing experience
• Strong knowledge of decontamination, assembly, and sterilization
• Experience with sterilization equipment
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• High School Diploma (required)
• Sterile Processing Certification ( CRCST/CIS ) required

Responsibilities

• Follow ANSI/AAMI standards, IFUs, and SOPs
• Decontaminate, clean, inspect, and assemble surgical instruments
• Operate sterilization equipment (washers, autoclaves)
• Assemble and package instrument trays accurately
• Inspect for damage; document and track inventory/sterilization records
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and clean workspaces
• Ensure infection control and quality compliance
• Support documentation, audits, and process improvements
