About The Position

As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll be part of the team responsible for making sure our products, processes, and documentation meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with manufacturing and quality personnel to identify issues, maintain accurate records, and help keep our operations running safely and compliantly.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Competent in MS Office products and computers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization’s procedures, forms, instructions, and policies are followed by all staff
  • Inspect and document incoming production components, including tubes, bottles, film, and syringe components
  • Conduct in-process testing during manufacturing, including fill volume, seal integrity, labeling, and visual inspections.
  • Conduct release testing of finished goods and sourced finished goods by following written procedures
  • Collect samples for outsourced testing
  • Print, review and approve labels for production
  • Initiate nonconformances when product defects are found or deviations occur
  • Ensure all GMPs are followed
  • Perform facility inspections and maintain quality department equipment
  • Promote an environment of quality first mindset
