About The Position

Hunting Subsea Technologies is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead its product inspection team. This team-engaged leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance, quality standards, and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires an onsite presence to perform essential duties, with limited travel to support offsite personnel and business projects. Occasional assignments may involve remote access and evening or weekend schedules.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Supervisor or Manager experience with direct reports in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inspection tools, calibration requirements, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to train and mentor teams, drive process improvements, and manage compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to comply with the company Drug and Alcohol Policy, including participation in Company random drug testing.
• Subject to background checks appropriate to the position.
• Able to meet the role's physical demands, including frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving up to 100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge is preferred.
• Technical experience with TESA, OASIS, or ZEISS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the product inspection team, managing daily workloads and priorities.
• Develop and implement inspection methods, procedures, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee nonconforming material control and disposition, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
• Manage calibration programs for measuring devices, ensuring compliance and proper usage.
• Lead and facilitate root cause investigations and corrective actions to enhance product quality.
• Support the development of succession plans and cultivate leaders within the Quality Control department.
