About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join the team in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The role oversees quality control processes to ensure products meet company and industry standards. It involves supervising QC staff, implementing quality assurance procedures, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high-quality output.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the quality control team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes.
• Identify quality issues and work with production teams to resolve them promptly.
• Train and mentor QC staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
