Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexible to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing and/or logistics experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections of loads, paperwork, products, and packaging.
- Capture, upload, and maintain load documentation and photos.
- Process UPS/FedEx shipments as needed.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support departmental needs.
- Contribute to team objectives and actively support team initiatives.
