Requirements

Excellent communication skills are required
Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities
A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Availability to work retail hours including holidays
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations
Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, dealer DMS system, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required

Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of inbound calls to the main company line promptly and courteously.
Act as the primary point of contact for general customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, empathizing with their situation and working to find satisfactory resolutions.
De-escalate challenging situations with patience and tact, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the designated CRM.
Utilize the company's phone system (e.g., call routing, transferring, holding, conferencing features) efficiently.
Quality review customer information in the CRM and merge duplicate customer records.
Download CRM, DMS or other databases, sort and filter spreadsheets to assist in the quality review process.
