CarShop is seeking an experienced Automotive Quality Control Associate to play a critical role in our reconditioning process. Requirements

  • Previous automotive detailing, reconditioning, or quality control experience required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years' quality control or auditing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet CarShop's quality standards and retail readiness requirements
  • Identify cosmetic, detailing, or quality deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with the Detail Department
  • Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to service and sales teams
  • Verify vehicles meet standards outlined in the CarShop Quality Control Manual
  • Assist the Photography Team with capturing vehicle images as needed
  • Support the Detail Department during periods of increased business demand
  • Maintain accurate quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Help ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
