Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for guaranteeing the quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities
- Verify that we are producing a SAFE and HIGH-QUALITY product
- Verify employees are following all plant GMP's.
- Verify that product specifications are being followed at all times through hourly line inspections.
- Complete all necessary daily paperwork.
- Always communicate with Quality Director, Food Safety Manager and/or QA supervisor on how line is running, and every time product is out of specification.
- Communicate with line operators and supervisors on quality of product being ran.
- Perform scale and probe calibrations daily.
- Perform any laboratory work required for each product (FFA, fat testing, etc.)
- Pull micro samples customer specifications.
- Shipping/Receiving inspections and releases.
