About The Position

This role is responsible for the quality inspection and improvement of supplier parts, as well as analyzing parts for new vehicle projects to ensure high quality and conformity to international standards. The position involves executing quality inspections per the Operation Plan, analyzing the root causes of part problems, leading improvement activities, and preparing for quality meetings. Additionally, the specialist will manage quality facilities and equipment, coordinate external events, and participate in new vehicle projects by preparing for inspections, establishing quality assurance plans, and responding to evaluations. The role also includes monitoring vehicle faults, ensuring procedures and systems comply with standards and legal requirements, planning and monitoring corrective actions for audit non-conformities, preparing reports, providing technical support, and managing product certifications to meet market demands. Troubleshooting reports will also be generated, and other assigned duties will be performed.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand drawing and specifications of electrical, mechanical systems.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication along with problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of related job experience (Quality of automotive supplied parts)
  • In-depth understanding of quality management system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Execute per Operation Plan to ensure part quality per specifications.
  • Analysis of the cause of the part problem, improvement activities and preparation and implementation of quality meetings.
  • Quality facility/equipment management, investment cost execution/ management, supplementary investment establishment.
  • Preparation, consultation, and coordination of external events.
  • Participation in new vehicle projects (preparation for inspection, establishment of quality securing plan, and response to evaluation).
  • Conduct monitoring of vehicle faults.
  • Ensure the adequacy of relevant procedures and computerized systems in accordance to reference standards and applicable legal requirements.
  • Plan, control and monitor the corrective actions of quality non-conformity detected in audits.
  • Prepare reports and publish timelines in order to provide feedback and improve the management system through technical support.
  • Answer for certifications of the company regarding the product.
  • Make certification planning and keep track of them in order to meet the market's demands.
  • Generate reports on troubleshooting.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned.
