About The Position

Quality Control Parts Associate Are you detail-driven, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Wesco Turf is looking for a Quality Control Parts Associate to support our Parts Department through accurate order review, transaction processing, and inventory control—while upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity. In this role, you’ll ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and ready for shipment while supporting daily warehouse operations and teamwork across departments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role
  • Forklift certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality checks on customer orders prior to shipment
  • Review picked orders to ensure correct product, quantity, labeling, and order assignment
  • Process up to 2,500 check lines per day with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support customer pick-ups by verifying orders and delivering them to designated areas
  • Assist Order Manager and Customer Service with daily order flow and internal transfers
  • Manage return goods paperwork and outbound return labels
  • Package products for shipment and support small-package shipping (UPS WorldShip & FedEx)
  • Load small-package shipments onto pallets for UPS
  • Assist with weekly stock order processing and receiving
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and utility carts
  • Learn and utilize the Prelude inventory system and RF scan guns
  • Maintain adequate packaging and shipping supplies
  • Promote teamwork and positive working relationships across departments
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
