About The Position

V-Line Services LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) in Texas for federal construction projects. The QCM will create and implement the project’s Quality Control plan and work with the onsite Superintendent and SSHO to successfully and safely complete USACE projects. The role serves as the onsite Construction Quality Control point person and manages inspections, reporting, records, submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a QCM on Federal, Government, or USACE construction projects.
• Current OSHA 30 and CQMC certifications, obtained or recertified within the last 5 years.
• Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan on USACE projects.
• Proficiency with USACE RMS and similar reporting software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as V-Line’s onsite Construction Quality Control (CQC) point person.
• Conduct daily inspections and coordinate quality inspections.
• Create daily and weekly QC reports and test reports, and maintain quality control records.
• Create, review, and/or manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation.
• Create and implement the project’s Quality Control plan.
• Work with the onsite Superintendent and SSHO to successfully and safely complete USACE projects.
