Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, codes, submittals, and QC procedures
• Experience identifying and resolving defects, nonconformances, and material deficiencies
• Experience with civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes of work
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and follow-through skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent construction field experience
• Current USACE/NAVFAC CQM certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on active construction sites and travel as needed
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Procore experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead project quality control programs and maintain required documentation
• Review workmanship and materials for compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and approved submittals
• Conduct QC meetings, preparatory meetings, initial inspections, and follow-up inspections
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, and owner representatives to resolve quality issues
• Help drive completion by tracking deficiencies, corrective actions, punch list items, and re-inspections
