About The Position

CCI General Contractors, LLC is expanding its workforce! We are seeking a talented Quality Control Manager to join federal construction business line. In this key role, you'll be maintaining current records of quality control operations, activities, and tests performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers. Candidates possessing US Navy, Air Force, and/or US Army Corp construction experience desired.

Requirements

• 10 years' experience in construction
• Experience managing Government projects
• Experience in Army Corp RMS system management and input
• CQM-C certification
• Proficient with word, excel, PDF
• Experience with Procore
• Ground up build construction experience
• As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results.

Nice To Haves

• US Navy, Air Force, and/or US Army Corp construction experience desired.

• Inspections of materials and workmanship
• Supervise special inspections
• Verify qualifications
• Maintain rework/deficiency logs
• 3 phases of inspection
• Hold preparatory meetings with team
