About The Position
Brayman Construction Corporation is currently hiring for a full-time Quality Control Manager to join our team of professionals. This position earns a competitive salary + Bonus + Profit Sharing and generous benefits, including medical insurance with an optional HSA, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), holidays, wellness time and more. The full-time schedule is typically Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) registration
- Experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers is a plus
- Experience in the inspection and testing of various construction disciplines like post tension anchoring, concrete, soils heavy construction
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee our team of Quality Control staff and collaborate with other project team members
- Ensure that the company's quality control procedures are being followed
- Develop and implement quality control tests and procedures that meet or exceed company and project requirements
