About The Position
Green Clean Commercial is hiring a Part-Time Quality Control Lead for evening shifts in St. Charles, MO. This role involves overseeing and leading cleaning accounts, providing shift coverage and support, managing supply deliveries, performing floor cleaning, conducting inspections, and training staff in St. Louis and St. Charles. The candidate will receive training on floor work, inspections, and other related tasks. This is an immediate opening with the possibility of being hired on the spot during the interview.
Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate Commercial Cleaning Skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid Driver's License & clean driving record to drive a company vehicle
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have a clean background and able to pass a Background Check
Responsibilities

- General Cleaning including restrooms, trash, glass cleaning, floors, hallways, stairwells, rooms, public space, classrooms, etc.
