Quality Control Inspector - Vonore, TN
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate / Quality Inspector for our facility in Vonore, TN. This role involves performing visual inspections of manufactured parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards. You will be responsible for identifying defects, sorting acceptable and non-conforming parts, and following established inspection procedures. The position offers weekly pay, immediate openings, and the opportunity to earn up to $18.25 per hour, with a $50 weekly perfect attendance bonus. Overtime opportunities are available, and weekend work may be required. There is no orientation required, allowing you to start faster.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection and sorting tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable transportation to the Vonore, TN area
- Ability to meet established quality and productivity expectations
- Must meet required pre-employment and onboarding requirements
Nice To Haves
- Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of manufactured parts and components
- Identify defects and products that do not meet quality standards
- Sort and separate acceptable and non-conforming parts

- Maintain accurate counts and documentation as required
- Report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Perform additional quality inspection or sorting duties as assigned
