About The Position

We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to help us maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality. In this hands-on role, you'll support process controls, conduct audits, and drive improvements that ensure our customers receive exceptional products every time. This is a first shift position located in Lancaster, NY.

PFMEA — intermediate level; assessing potential failure modes to strengthen process design
Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — intermediate level; ensuring compliance throughout the production lifecycle

Responsibilities

Perform process audits and quality checks to ensure manufacturing operations meet rigorous safety and compliance requirements
Use root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
Support change management for new manufacturing lines and process updates to maintain quality standards
Partner with production and cross-functional teams to enhance process robustness and minimize customer-facing quality risks
