About The Position

We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to help us maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality. In this hands-on role, you'll support process controls, conduct audits, and drive improvements that ensure our customers receive exceptional products every time. This is a first shift position located in Lancaster, NY.

Requirements

  • Quality Strategy — intermediate level; deploying quality culture and standards across manufacturing sites
  • Problem Solving — intermediate level; identifying and resolving quality issues using structured methodologies
  • Five Whys — intermediate level; conducting root cause investigations to prevent recurring defects
  • Change Management — intermediate level; supporting quality assurance during line implementations and process changes
  • PFMEA — intermediate level; assessing potential failure modes to strengthen process design
  • Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — intermediate level; ensuring compliance throughout the production lifecycle
  • Analytical Thinking — developing level; interpreting data to drive quality improvements
  • Root Cause Analysis — developing level; investigating issues to implement effective corrective actions
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with production teams and cross-functional partners
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing preventive measures

Responsibilities

  • Perform process audits and quality checks to ensure manufacturing operations meet rigorous safety and compliance requirements
  • Use root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
  • Support change management for new manufacturing lines and process updates to maintain quality standards
  • Partner with production and cross-functional teams to enhance process robustness and minimize customer-facing quality risks
