About The Position

Royal Switchgear (a MacLean Power Systems Company) is looking for a Quality Control Inspector for their Bessemer, AL location. This role is for the 2nd Shift, which runs Sunday-Thursday from 7:00 pm to 5:30 am. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, machines, precision, and ensuring products are manufactured correctly. This position is crucial for maintaining production quality and ensuring products meet standards before shipment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection.
• Ability to identify subtle defects.
• Proficiency in using tools like calipers, gauges, and measuring devices.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering documents.
• Comfortable using both tools and computers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
