Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques, including visual inspection and document control.
- Proficiency in final and first article inspections.
- Ability to use micrometers and optical comparators to measure and verify the precision of machined parts.
- Document control skills for maintaining organized records of inspection results.
- Visual inspection skills to identify defects that may not be measurable.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in quality control or a related field.
- Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) methods.
