About The Position

The Custodial Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for the GCE Quality Control Plan (QCP) adherence as it pertains to the performance standards of the specific worksite(s) assigned. The QC Inspector is responsible for providing the Project Manager and the operational staff with established performance objectives and inspecting services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies. This position will receive, investigate, and provide root cause analysis regarding customer complaints and provide recommendations to correct when deficiencies are confirmed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial services.
  • Knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent team member/customer service skills.
  • Physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
  • Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license in the state they reside.
  • Satisfactory driving record.
  • Insurable under the corporate policy.
  • Meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
  • Able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the GCE Quality Control Plan (QCP) as it pertains to the performance standards of the specific worksite(s) assigned.
  • Provide the Project Manager and operational staff with established performance objectives.
  • Inspect services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies.
  • Receive, investigate, and provide root cause analysis regarding customer complaints.
  • Provide recommendations to correct confirmed deficiencies.
