About The Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team at Premium Oilfield Technologies! As a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will perform inspections, tests, and evaluations on materials and products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

Requirements

Requires high school diploma minimum.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Control Inspection.
Experience in oilfield is required.
Requires the ability to visually inspect parts and have strong attention to detail.
Proficient in using machine measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Inspect all products for accuracy and quality and maintain records accordingly.
Measure using instruments and blueprint.
Assist in updating inspection procedures, protocol, and checklist used within the company.
Evaluate problems and make recommendations for corrections and suggestions with supervisor/manager.
Act as a liaison between outside inspectors, company inspectors, and other departments.
Assist and maintain record retention.
Complete tasks within a reasonable time.
Prioritize tasks assignments.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
Participate in Premium Safety and Quality programs.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
