Quality Control Inspector Lead (2nd Shift Mon-Th 4:15PM-2:45AM)

Requirements
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of machinery and software necessary for quality job performance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required
Responsibilities
- Leads and motivates team to ensure quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed.
- Arranges daily team meetings to focus on smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Trains new workers on department processes and operation of specific equipment.
- Plans, assigns and coordinates workload across the team
- Maintains continuity between work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Resolves operational or manufacturing problems
- Ensures daily preventative maintenance takes place
- Trains new workers as required
- Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards
- Facilitates problem solving
