SUMMARY: The Quality Line Inspector is responsible for monitoring and inspecting the production line to ensure that products meet the required quality standards. This role involves conducting regular inspections, identifying defects, and working closely with the production team to implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct regular inspections of the production line to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Identify and document defects or non-conformities in products. Perform tests and measurements using various inspection tools and equipment. Record and report inspection results, maintaining accurate and detailed records. Collaborate with production team members to address and resolve quality issues. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes. Ensure that all quality and safety regulations are followed throughout the production process. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices. Functions as an information source for production staff and other departments when critical quality issues arise. Ensures employees and temporary workers understand and comply with GMP requirements.
