This full-time position involves supervising quality technicians and checkers, managing rework, assisting in audits and mock recalls, performing quality projects, auditing daily records, and training personnel on quality procedures. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the food production industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and clear communication skills
• Prior management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Technician and Checkers
• Manage all aspects of rework
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Assist in mock recalls
• Perform quality projects as needed
• Audit daily records
• Train personnel on GMP, HACCP, and other Quality procedures
• Submit information to Management
• Other tasks as requested
