About The Position

The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for verifying that incoming materials and finished products are manufactured correctly, meeting both internal and customer specifications. This role requires technical knowledge of plant processes and procedures to provide oversight and technical support for operations.

Verify incoming and finished product conformance to internal company standards and customer specifications per company procedures.
Verification of Food Safety and Quality processes (SOP's, SSOP's, GMPs).
Sanitation Verification (Allergen & ATP).
Weight Verification.
Foreign Material Control-Metal Detection/Glass & Brittle Plastics.
Label Verification.
Hold implementation.
Pest control support.
Process and Temperature monitoring.
Support regulatory, certification, and customer audits.
Sample collection (Lab testing, retention samples).
Understanding the business, the needs of the organization, and supporting business initiatives.
