Requirements

  • Ongoing degree in Civil/Materials Technology, Construction Materials or related field preferred
  • Entry-level candidates with technical background considered
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
  • Ability to learn and apply testing procedures, tools, and quality standards
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
  • Comfort working in both laboratory and field environments
  • Initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Physically fit - able to lift upto 50lbs. on a regular basis

Nice To Haves

  • Working/CO-OP experience in construction material testing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine sampling and testing of aggregates to support quality control processes
  • Assist with analyzing test data and preparing clear, accurate documentation
  • Support troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Collaborate with plant and lab teams to maintain consistent product standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control program
