About The Position
We are actively hiring for the position of Quality Control Clerk for our plant in Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves auditing and monitoring quality requirements, inspecting finished products, preparing items for shipment, and supporting rework processes. The Quality Control Clerk will consult with other production personnel to resolve inspection questions, work closely with production staff to ensure jobs meet deadlines, and oversee large fulfillment orders. Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to clean shop procedures are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of successful quality control experience
- Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a fluctuating production environment
- Reliable and Accountable
- Quick Learner
- Ability to organize large projects and set project milestones
- Detail Oriented
Nice To Haves
- Printing, digital imaging, and graphics experience helpful
Responsibilities
- Audit and monitor quality requirements following quality assurance policies and client specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and errors
- Prepare items for shipment
- Review proofs for color matching
- Support rework and reprint processes
- Consult with other production personnel to resolve inspection questions
- Work closely with production staff to ensure jobs are on target to meet deadlines
- Oversee large fulfillment orders
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all clean shop procedures
