About The Position
Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Clerk to join our Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) project in Honolulu, HI. As a Quality Control Clerk, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and successful project completion through coordinating essential administrative processes related to operations of the Quality Control Team.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 10 or more years’ experience in the construction or engineering industry
- Experienced in document control, quality control, and report generation
- Intermediate or higher-level experience with MSOffice suite
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working on the HART project is preferred
Responsibilities
- Create, update and distribute tracking logs and Excel spreadsheets
- Collect, record and submit personnel timesheets
- Assemble and distribute submittmits under the direction of QC team and/or Project Manager
- Assist and coordinate scheduling of QC activities with project team and subcontractor partners
- Support the QC team with administrative support as needed
