This Production Associate role is responsible for the general operations and preparation of orders for Embroidery Operators. The role involves responding to work orders, setting up, troubleshooting missing items, and performing direct physical activity to complete order preparation while meeting quality specifications.

- Ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.
Responsibilities
- Receiving work orders, observing specifications, and preparing/staging garments for Embroidery Operators.
- Accurately counting and documenting proper sizes and colors of garments before staging.
- Reporting all mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensuring the work area is cleaned during the shift and before it ends, including sweeping, organizing the workstation, and emptying trash.
