The Quality Assurance Associate ensures items, orders, and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying non-conformances, and recommending improvements. Requirements

Able to use a PC
Ability to lift and move 25lb totes regularly throughout the shift
Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a shift
Attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret order tickets, and a strong commitment to quality are essential

Responsibilities

Ensures items, orders, and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying nonconformances, and recommending improvements.
Examines and compares merchandise against the order ticket specifications once personalization is complete to verify the order has been completed properly before forwarding to Shipping for packing.
Assists the department in achieving the accuracy goal of less than 2%.
Develops and maintains daily, weekly, and other reports related to Production quality.
Communicates with the supervisor on problems and needs.
Develops and relays improvements to the supervisor.
Promotes teamwork.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
