About The Position
The Quality Control Associate is responsible for certifying all customer orders. This includes consolidating orders into the correct bins and carts, scanning orders to ensure all items are present, locating Lost Items in the warehouse, and labeling all items and orders to signify they are ready to fulfill.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to locate Lost Items and resolve order discrepancies.
- Comfortable using computers and various software programs.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks.
Responsibilities
- Use a phone, laptop, and scanner along with BuyWander's QA tool to scan and certify all customer orders before the customer arrives.
- Label all orders, carts, and items with the appropriate stickers to signify they are ready to fulfill.
- Consolidate orders and place them in the appropriate tote or cart.
- Assist the Pick Team in locating Lost Items in the warehouse to complete orders.
- Update item locations as they are found.
